QA context from my CV
The CV documents product exposure to e-KYC, migration, recommendations, appointments, workflow routing, payments, document management, and notifications. This study turns that domain into a QA plan for roles, states, documents, and side effects.
Risk & proposed scope
The highest-impact risks in this exercise are unauthorized decisions, applications stranded between officers, and inconsistent payment or document states. The proposed scope follows an application from submission to a terminal decision, including return and resubmission paths.
Example test scenarios
- Unauthorized approval: use a citizen account; expect rejection with no state change.
- Send back and resubmit: preserve application history and show the latest submitted documents.
- Stale action: two officers act from the same starting state; prevent conflicting terminal decisions.
- Payment pending: refresh and retry; reconcile against the agreed payment state without duplication.
- Notification routing: notify the intended recipient with the correct application reference.
Evidence & release criteria
Capture starting role, application ID, state, request, and resulting audit trail for each scenario. Proposed release criteria require resolved high-impact authorization and data-integrity failures, with blocked integrations explicitly listed.
Status: design only. These scenarios have not been executed as part of this portfolio, and no defect counts or improvement metrics are asserted.
